Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy – Buildastore.co
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all services provided by Buildastore.co, including web development, application development, and consulting services. As we provide custom and digital services, our policies differ from standard product-based businesses.
2. Return Policy
Since our services are digital and tailored to client requirements, we do not accept returns. Clients are encouraged to clearly outline their needs before project initiation.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
- If the project has not been initiated and a formal cancellation request is received within 3 business days of payment.
- f Buildastore.co fails to deliver as per the agreed-upon scope and after attempting to resolve issues.
Partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed. All refund requests must be made in writing to info.buildastore@gmail.com.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients can request to cancel a service within the early phase of the project. Any cancellation after commencement of work will incur costs for the work already completed.
5. Project Suspension
Once your refund request is received, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed.
